After the project drivers have been identified, a session can be held in which project drivers form "teamlets" of other project drivers and anyone who has an interest in their project. The purpose of a teamlet is to support each project driver in implementing their project. (the rationale for teamlets is given in the section on networks.)

Teamlets can be formed in a "trading session" in which community members volunteer their skills and project drivers build the appropriate team to build the project.

To do this, invite each participant to write on a large badge their interests and the particular skills they can offer. People then mix informally to find out who might help on what.

Project drivers assemble the teamlet they need by matching the skills people offer to the demands of the project they are leading.
