30 ways to effectiveness

30 ways organisations can enhance their management capacity

US community technology specialist Terry Grunwald has identified 30 major functions that organisations should review to determine how ICT might enhance their management capacity. New tools, strategies, and management-related web sites are constantly emerging.

Check BECTA, Tech Soup, or Helping.Org regularly to see whatÕs new.
