30 ways
organisations can enhance their management capacity
US
community technology specialist Terry Grunwald has identified
30 major functions that organisations should review to determine
how ICT might enhance their management capacity. For each
function she suggests some ICT tools or activities that might
be considered. These are just examples and by no means an
exhaustive list. New tools, strategies, and management-related
web sites are constantly emerging.
