The
MTNW Toolbox MTNW offers a collection of tools that support
a people-centered, realistic approach to Community Technology.
We
have proposed an optimal planning process or "route map"
that can be applied in any of the 5 typical situations in
which Community Technology is used and featured in our 'help
for' section: centres, organisations, projects, networks,
and whole communities. These tools are designed to support
that process. However, we know that real-life rarely conforms
to a multi-step flowchart - from start to finish. So, we encourage
you to use these tools in a mix-and-match fashion - based
on your current needs and capacity.
Note:
This toolbox will be constantly evolving. We have not presented
every tool for every situation. We want to give you a sense
of the MTNW approach to Community Technology and examples
of the kinds of support tools we can customise for your situation.
Below the tools are catalogued as articles, lists etc. You
can also find them catgegorised in relations to 'help for'
and key topics here.

Checklists

Its never possible to be 100% thorough, but it is important
to know "what you should be doing" - if you had
unlimited time and resources. Here are
some checklists you can use to audit your community -
or just scan if thats all you have time for.
Terrys

the ground" experience of some of the Community Technology

value of ITC for various audiences. They can also be used
