We
developed this comprehensive list to help community leaders
think creatively about ways they may tap existing contacts,
projects, and other resources in their areas. We have found
that often there are resources available in a community that
are not widely known - or there may be opportunities for collaboration
that are not pursued because people and organisations are
not in communication.
By
using this checklist, communities can scan the technology
landscape in their region - identifying new services, determining
where there are duplications and opportunities for collaboration
or shared resources, and locating gaps in services.
Resources
may also be located in neighbouring communities elsewhere
in your region. In addition, we have added some key national
organisations who may be able to help you identify local or
regional resources
