Terry
Grunwald has assembled this long list of 'building blocks'
that might make up a community networking project. She writes:
When
most people think about ICT resources for a community, they
think of connectivity rates, public access sites, and local
web pages. This list will help local citizens get the "big
picture" about the existing resources they can draw on for
cost effective, community-wide collaborations around ICT.
Think meeting spaces, computer labs in local businesses, technology
champions, good facilitators, class projects, information
brokers, community arts programs ... and more.
