Clyde Housing Connections Consortium

Four housing associations in the Dunbartonshire area each wanted to create a web site, but found the costs, training needs of staff and their lack of technical expertise a challenge. They formed the Clyde Housing Connections Consortium to develop a joint site, and in doing so created a business model that could be used by other associations. Download case study (Word).

North Glasgow Housing Association

The North Glasgow Housing Association, with 3000 properties in Springburn and Possil, has accepted the challenge of using the Internet to provide services online, support community development, and life long learning. They have two training suites, 70 networked PCs, and web access for tenants. They say 'people development' must be a central feature of any programme. Download case study. (Word)
